Freeze/Scald Protection Valve

Model AE-1181 Stainless Steel

These units are simply designed for outdoor use in cold weather or hot weather.

The freeze protection valves and scald protection valves will protect human and pipe lines automatically with small water consumption.

 

 Model AE-1181

Shower Head : 254 mm diameter stainless steel.

Shower Valve : Stainless steel 1" stay-open ball valve operated by stainless steel pull rod with handle.

Eye Wash : Chrome plated brass twin soft flow eye wash head assembly with pressure letdown device mounted in 254 mm diameter stainless steel bowl.

Eye Wash Valve : Stainless steel ½"stay-open ball valve operated by stainless steel push handle or foot pedal.

Water Supply and Drain : 1" PT(NPT), 1¼"PT(NPT) or

1½"PT (NPT)

Freeze Protection valve : The valve automatically drains water when water temperature drops to 1.7กษ and closes when water temperature rises above 4.4กษ.

Scald Protection valve : The valve opens only when the water exceeds safe limits. Full open at 40กษ and remains open until water temperature is or 35กษ below.

Pipe and Fittings : 1¼" stainless steel pipe and fittings. with 230 mm diameter floor flange.
